What is OrderLyne?
OrderLyne is a complete commerce platform for Indian D2C brands.
Most direct-to-consumer businesses in India end up running on a stack of separate tools — one for the storefront, one for WhatsApp, one for shipping, one for invoicing and GST, one for analytics, plus a patchwork of spreadsheets and dashboards for everything else. Each tool charges separately, breaks separately, and forces you to copy data between them.
OrderLyne replaces all of it. One platform. One subscription. One place to run the business.
What the platform does
Section titled “What the platform does”Five core areas, each genuinely deep — not a thin layer over a stack of integrations.
Online store and customer experience
Section titled “Online store and customer experience”A fully featured branded storefront with custom domain support, 17 niche-tuned themes, product collections, discount codes, customer reviews with moderation, customer accounts with order history, abandoned cart recovery, and a complete checkout flow. Connect your own Razorpay or Cashfree account to accept online payments and Cash on Delivery — your gateway, your rates, no markup from us.
Customer communication
Section titled “Customer communication”The official Meta WhatsApp Business API, fully integrated. Run conversations, automate order confirmations and shipping updates, recover abandoned carts, run broadcast campaigns with A/B testing, build drip sequences with conditional logic, and segment customers by behavior. WhatsApp templates with approval tracking, real-time message delivery, and read-receipt analytics — all without a separate messaging tool.
Logistics and fulfillment
Section titled “Logistics and fulfillment”Direct integrations with Delhivery, DTDC, XPressBees, Ekart, and Blue Dart. Compare rates across couriers, generate AWBs, print shipping labels, manage non-delivery reports (NDR) with a configurable rules engine, and handle RTOs end-to-end. COD remittance tracking gives you visibility into payouts from each courier, so you always know what’s been received and what’s pending. Use your own courier accounts at your own negotiated rates — no aggregator markup.
Compliance and reporting
Section titled “Compliance and reporting”GST-compliant invoicing built into the platform — sequential invoice numbering as required by Indian GST law, HSN code support per product, configurable tax rates, and credit-note handling for refunds. The reports module generates GSTR-1 filings, sales summaries, shipping performance reports, and tax-ready exports — automatically on a schedule, emailed directly to your CA or finance team. Plus COD-to-prepaid conversion via WhatsApp payment links to reduce RTO risk on high-value orders.
Operations, analytics, and ad intelligence
Section titled “Operations, analytics, and ad intelligence”Real-time analytics across orders, revenue, customers, and shipping — designed for D2C decision-making, not generic e-commerce reporting. Connect your Meta Ads account and OrderLyne shows you what’s actually working: spend tied to real orders, ROAS computed against your actual revenue, and conversion funnels that go from impression to delivered order. Built for founders deciding where to put the next rupee, not for ad buyers optimizing CPMs. Plus the operational tooling around all of it — orders, inventory, returns, support tickets, team roles with granular permissions, and a privacy-first CRM with engagement tracking, dynamic segmentation, and customer scoring.
Built for Indian commerce
Section titled “Built for Indian commerce”OrderLyne is India-first by design, not by translation. The way COD, WhatsApp, GST, and Indian shipping work is built into the foundation of the platform, not retrofitted on top of an American product.
That means:
- Cash on Delivery is a primary payment method, with fraud scoring, RTO prevention rules, and prepaid conversion flows
- WhatsApp is the default customer channel, not a paid add-on
- GST is structured properly — sequential invoice numbering, HSN per product, automated GSTR-1 export
- Indian couriers are integrated directly, not through aggregator markups
- RTO management has its own rules engine because returns are real money in Indian D2C
These are things OrderLyne does because they matter here. Most platforms treat them as edge cases.
